I live in Corpus Christi and stopped by Naked Coconut Eats and picked up a weeks worth of food on my way to visit a place that it is impossible to eat paleo. It was an awesome vacation because I didn't have to spend time worrying about everyone else accommodating my food restrictions, but ultimately because I had amazingly delicious and worry free food at my fingertips.
