Another super wonderful lunch of Curry Chicken. I have to compliment as it is much tastier than the unhealthy restaurant version. If you haven't tried NCE you are missing out!! Shout out to healthy eating that is delish!

Stressed for time, I grabbed a meatloaf meal at my Lincoln heights HEB last night. My husband and I were dying over how delicious it was!!! I'm enjoying the leftovers for lunch ... Didn't even realize it was paleo!
Tried Naked Coconut Eats for the first time today! Picked up the Steak Chimichurri from HEB! So flavorful! I especially enjoyed the parsnip puree! Looking forward to trying different items!
