Terribly disappointed. We made reservations for 5:30 we were seated our waitress took our order and a cook finally showed up at our table an hour later. The people seated directly across from us were seated after us and their meal was almost complete when our cook came. The hostess made excuses and tried to blame our waitress, who by the way did a good job. After complaining at the desk I did receive a small discount but that won't make up for ruining my sons 21st birthday dinner.
Love this place go all the time
We love Nakato. My son and I eat here once a week. We often eat here with friends as well. This is one of our favorite places to eat in Springfield. The staff is incredibly friendly!
Even at peak hours, there is a short wait, especially if you are just getting sushi.
The food was delicious! Kevin Pham was our chef and he was pretty sociable with my husband who engaged him in small talk. I don't get to eat here often but every time I do, it's always a great experience. Waitress was very nice as well.

My family and I have been going here for over 11 years, now me and my little family go here together, its wonderful! Great service! right prices! And very filling! We crave Nakatos!
