I scheduled my mom to see Dr. Nakamoto for further assessment. From the initial visit, he was professional, empathetic, and thorough. We did not feel rushed at all during our appointment and he took the time to ask all the necessary questions to get an understanding of our reason for visit. We appreciate his attentiveness and care.

When I ended up at St Francis west and they said I was a stroke patient, I refused to believe that and so did my doctor. I told her I wanted a 2nd opinion and she recommended Dr. Nakamoto. He reassured me and he found that I had Conversion Disorder--this was back in 2014. It was a fairly new disorder just came about around 2012 and he was the one who found out what I had. It is now 2022 and I just want to say, if there is a doctor out there who can find what others can't and you just don't trust what you are hearing...HE wil... read more

Dr. Nakamoto made a special effort to see me when I needed him and no one else would. He's clearly very knowledgeable about his field and is also a researcher. very cordial, sometimes funny,scrupulously clean. One of my best experiences with medical staff in Honolulu. Never feel rushed , minimal wait time.He and his top notch staff are well above par. Mahalo,Robert Schwager
