Poorly organized, under educated staff, billing is always wrong and then they transfer the account to a collection agency and don't fix it.
Terrible experience with my immigration medical exam, for multiple reasons. Here's why: - Multiple errors/typos in the medical exam itself - Inability to reach the office (during their hours) - I was lied to about the cost. They told me the exam was $350 for everything except any additional vaccinations (I did not need anything)... The test ended up being $500+ by the time it was all done. One of my friends was there for an appointment. She was there at 1:20, her appointment was at 1:30. They had her sitting in the waiting room until 3 p.m. They went and took their lunch and had her sitting there for an hour and a half. She stormed out of there she was so mad. They never took her back to see the doctor. They put their lunch before the patient. So disgraceful of a clinic.
So disrespectful and doesn’t care about his patients just money. It’s so sad that someone would work in his profession and genuinely be unempathetic and money hungry. Doesn’t care about the well being of his patients just the check he can get out of scamming them.
