Dr Bashir is excellent at explaining he shows you test results & asks questions to know exactly how you are doing I think he is a concerned & very smart doctor
He didn’t listen to anything I had to say, kept cutting me off and speaking to me as a child and I’m a 40 year old man. He asked the exact same questions so many times. Blamed my lifestyle now for sleep issues (during initial consultation) and tried to explain to him that my issues were worse before but kept cutting me off and refused to even listen to me. His office had pharmaceutical company sales brochures for narcolepsy meds all over the coffee table next to the patient seat. A red flag, lots of pharma sales reps there. When he opened the door and came in, he said hello but made no eye contact. He sat probably 15 feet, maybe 20, away from me with a computer on wheels blocking all but his face. Dr. Bashir has treated my daughter and myself. My case was straight forward and my daughter's is not. He has taken my concerns seriously and listened and explained when I did not understand. When I questioned his plan of treatment, he explained, adjusted and made sure we were both comfortable with how we were going forward. He has been the most non judgemental doctor I have seen in years. I honestly wish he could be my primary.
Office receptionist Ms. Straw (spelling maybe incorrect) was very rude for first visit and then rude again when calling to try and get equipment straight. I do not recommend this office at all!
