Dr. Alkouri was great. He took the time to review my records and asked lots of questions about my history. He offered new options for me that have never been explored. He took the time to fully answer my questions.
Appointment was at 11:45. They said they were very far behind and would be a bit of a wait. Once I was in the room with the doctor it was very quick, maybe 5 minutes. After waiting 6 months for the appointment, I felt very rushed.
I didn’t see the doctor for approximately 1.5 hours after my scheduled appt. The doctor apparently didn’t even look at my chart and didn’t have my recent bloodwork, but his attending intern found it on her phone. He didn’t even comment on it to me. I always leave his office with questions, so I outlined a few things I needed answered before I went this time. After approx. 5-10 mins., he told me he had to go he was running way behind schedule.
