Great service everytime.
Kelly always does my acrylic nails. She is precise, creative, and a pleasure to talk to. My nails are always exactly how I want them which is hard to do. (I'm picky.) I get French tips (white tips, not painted on), short, and square without sharp corners. She has done what I have wanted every time and we even added some bling to the white this time. :) I also have my pedicures done here and have never had a bad experience. I got a full set. They were very rough, my nails hurt before they even started to put my acrylics on from where he was so rough with my natural nail. He cut into 6 of my cuticles and made them bleed. I could have done a better job myself. It took him less than 15 minutes to do a full set of acrylics...just very sloppy! As I was leaving, he asked if I could put a tip on my card for him and I said no, then when I went to sign my receipt I saw where he added a 5 dollar tip anyways. So I usually get good nails but yesterday was the worst! Very sloppy job and just don't like. Kept having to tell him to fix them finally just gave up. 40$ for a refill and sloppy work. Just didn't have the heart to tell the guy after repeated fixes and he just didn't understand. May need to find a better place sadly.
Disappointed. Im getting married Thursday. Not what I wanted, nails different shaped, not good painting job. Second time in a week I've been screwed, tried coming here to make it better and not its just as bad. Won't be back here.
