The manicure was excellent, and the pedicure was truly next level. From the paraffin oil wrap to the hot stone massage, this was followed by their signature pedicure, which was such a treat—I’d never experienced anything like it before. The care and attentiveness of the team were outstanding, and the experience felt genuinely special from start to finish. I would highly recommend this team who went out of their way.

The staff was friendly and helpful but their product was not the best. She told me to wait 30 minutes to dry the polish. It was ruined in the first thirty minutes. I went back and there were bubbles in the polish. I can do better job at home. Probably look into more training or better products.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience to help others make an informed decision. I visited Sudbury nail salon for a pedicure, expecting a relaxing and refreshing treatment. Unfortunately, it was far from that. From the start, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive.
