The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I like that they check in during the service to ask if you are satisfied. Also, clean and comfortable and a peaceful atmosphere. Oh! and they were gentle! I hate being cut by the nail file!

I went in on Monday and my service was good. She was nice however, my cuticles seemed to be untouched and left alone and dry. After just 5 days my nails are left to look like it’s been grown out for 2 weeks, even though it hasn’t been even half of that. This is unacceptable since I paid $70 for a plain almond set just for them to be already grown out.

I generally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my visit to this salon was extremely disappointing, both in terms of service and overall atmosphere. To start, I had requested round-shaped nails but ended up with square ones.
