They ruined my nails. I came in saying that I wanted a way to keep my nails strong so they can grow out. The person suggested a powder dip, which I had never heard of. She didn't explain what it was or that it would cost more. But since she's the professional, I trusted her and got the dip. That was fine for a couple of weeks until one started peeling off, so I went to get the powder removed. Terrible customer service. We waited one hour even though we had an appointment. I used to like this place, but when Cindy left, everything went downhill. They call themselves a spa, but you are definitely not treated like you’re at one. They don’t offer drinks or help you get comfortable. They just want the word “spa” in their name so they can justify their overly high prices. My daughter and I had an appointment that I made with Jessy.
