After nearly a year of coming to Nails by Nai, this experience ended any loyalty I had. I paid $160 for nails and toes on Thursday, and by Sunday the chrome design was peeling off. I hold a cosmetology license and know this is not normal. Chrome gel should last weeks, not 3 days. That speaks directly to the quality of work. Today I went only because it had 4 stars and some of the pictures of their work looked really good to me. I went in and got my nails done by the older guy who I felt rushed with my nails. My nails were too short plus he claim the animal print I wanted on one nail was too short to do. The amount I paid which was $65 dollars didn’t match with how my nails look at all !! I thought about coming back to have someone else do them but once I came home I was even more upset so nope. I will not be returning.

1. The service I asked for was a ‘dipped powder French Manicure with a light pink base’. I received service from the older gentleman about a month ago requesting dipped nails and he gave me gel after I asked him THREE times confirming that he is applying dipped powder nails like I asked. I legit just paid $140 for the worst nails I’ve ever had. I actually had to take the file and start helping and the shape STILL isn’t right. I wanted the High French on my hands and it looked so crazy when he was done I didn’t know it was done. He started to put the clear coat on and I was befuddled. Had to start again and this is the second look because I didn’t trust him with the marble which is what I asked for initially. Tell me it’s cute!
