I had my first appointment with Van at Nails by Nai, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, he was professional, welcoming, incredibly accommodating, and paid amazing attention to every detail. My Gel-X set with a gel polish French manicure came out absolutely flawless—hands down the best Gel-X nails I’ve ever had. Nails By Nai employees lie about their prices and speaking with you over the phone. i will NEVER return. rude workers & even worse customer service! second year in a row i received crappy service for my birthday. over priced for basic work! never again. Katie and whoever the front receptionist is, is very rude!

Mediocre pedicure. I opted out of getting gel (additional $20) because the pedicure i chose was already $65. I had to ask the technician twice to clean under my toenails. And in the end I sat to dry my toes for about 20min and they still didn't dry like the machine wasn't even blowing air. Smh. And I get home to only look down for polish to already be smudged.
