I've been coming here for 2 years and it's a hour and 20 minutes from my home. Mako always takes great care of my nails. Compliments always on deck when I leave. This is the spot for pretty pedis and manis..on point all the time
Really enjoyed our group getting manicures and pedicures. Elle did such a nice job! This was such a treat with salts, oil, hands and foot massages. And a bonus of a beverage!
UPDATE: Bumping to 4 stars! After leaving my original review, the salon reached out privately and offered to rectify the issue. It’s been almost a week since getting my pedicure redone, and it is holding up much better this go around! Yesterday, I received a regular manicure and pedicure at the Capitol Hill location alongside two of my girlfriends, one who is getting married this Saturday, and the bride’s mother. The Nailsaloon Team was amazing and was so kind to the bride, celebrating her with champagne, bubbles and chocolates. I went to this location nearly a week ago from the time of writing this (my appointment was on Friday, September 5).
