I live in Orlando but visit my family in Williamsburg a few times per year. I ALWAYS have to get my nails done at Nails Uptown when I come to town because they are the best!!! Love being pampered & forget my cares for a while. They take such good care of us. Keep up the great work Jenny & team!

I travel from Newport News because of the exceptional service I receive. The staff makes you feel at home and are warm and friendly. I followed Terry from Newport News. I am very select about who works on my nails and feet. Terry is so dear to my heart. Love her like a daughter. Jennie is a jewel. Once you come you will not go anywhere else.
First time going to Nails Uptown and I'll never go anywhere else! They really know how to pamper and take care of you here! Thanks to Haley and Thom for the awesome nails!

The young lady who did my pedicure rushed it, barely scrubbed my feet and only trimmed my big toe nails. The gel Polish is already chipping from my manicure. She was the only unfriendly one. Also she said she didn't like the color I picked out and chose the one she liked. An older woman helped my boyfriend with his pedi and hot stone massage she was pleasant and came to talk to me when she was free.
Terry & her husband Aaron were amazing! It was the perfect day for my birthday. My toes are adorable! My nails are fly!!!! And Terry did a great job on my eyebrows. So thankful for this fun place.
