I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your nail salon on 9/10. As a loyal customer, I have always been pleased with your services in the past, but unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing for several reasons. I recently visited Nails Today Seattle for a manicure and pedicure, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and made sure I was accommodated on time for my appointment. The entire team did an amazing job. I recently had a very bad experience at this place. The lady who seemed like the owner was doing my manicure and had a very bad attitude. After repeatedly asking for oval shape she kept making the nail shape very sharp from the front. She kept getting annoyed when I told her to make it smoother. I indicated that I’m running late (after 1.5 hrs into the appointment already) she went to another client and when I asked her how much more time she just got annoyed and didn’t answer.
