I've been coming here for several years, and I like their customer service and cleanliness. I highly recommend Nail Time.
Disappointed with the service. The customer next to me received a full foot massage, while mine was rushed with minimal effort, yet I was charged the same price. When I brought it up, there was no apology or attempt to fix it, which was frustrating. On top of that, I specifically asked for a milk off-white color, but was given regular white instead without being asked or corrected. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and not worth the price. I hope they improve their attention to detail and customer service.
