The technicians here have always been friendly to us (we’ve been coming here for 18 months). They use disposable liners for the foot baths, and they are meticulous with their work.
horrible service gel manicure was rushed and sloppy, he didnt trim cuticles thoroughly, repeatedly cut my skin, he made me bleed. He filed my nails down so thin. the polsish chipped off next day. This was the most painful manicure I had ever in my life. His name is Sam.
I go to Sam for my nails & feet. Shelia does my lashes and eyebrow tint. I come every 2 weeks. Very great customer service! 10/10
After two days two nails came off; after five days they all fell off. Considering I paid $65, I expected them to last a long time. The work was done in a rush. The employees he is very unpleasant. showed him a picture, He filed them down to the skin.
I got my nails done five days ago. One of them has broken in half, 2 other nails are off, my thumb nails are two different shapes.! He drilled onto my cuticles numerous times causing me pain and major anxiety!!! He's very rough with drilling and burned my nail too. I now have to go other place and spend more money to fix this. Very annoyed.
