The nail tech rushed and the nail polish was clumpy. The wax lady who did a good job the last time, rushed this time, ripped my skin, and made me bleed. To make matters worse, they charged me $10 more than the last visit for the same services. I’m sad because I felt taken advantage of. It’s hard to find good honest people these days, nothing but thieves out to steal your money.

Literally will ditch clients mid service to attend regulars that they seem really chummy with. The most unhygienic place I’ve ever been in. The lady that did my nails cut my nails like they had personally insulted her mother and she didn’t want to do it. Then flat out dumps the clippings and skin on the floor of the place. Wipes down seats with towels that then fall on the floor and they use again. She ditched me for a good five minutes while painting my nails and then came back with wet gloves from someone’s pedicure water.... read more

Although I had to wait a bit, the service overall was amazing. The nail tech was very kind and knowledgeable. I wanted a light pink and the one I chose was too sheer and my nail tech picked my pink out for me and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. She was very quick and courteous.
