This was my first and likely last visit. I'm giving 3 stars purely for their effort and friendliness. I had scheduled an appointment for two mani/pedis, but the overall experience fell short of expectations. The visit took a little over 2 hours, with 30–45 minutes spent waiting — likely due to customer-to-staff ratio. The nail tech rushed and the nail polish was clumpy. The wax lady who did a good job the last time, rushed this time, ripped my skin, and made me bleed. To make matters worse, they charged me $10 more than the last visit for the same services. I’m sad because I felt taken advantage of. It’s hard to find good honest people these days, nothing but thieves out to steal your money.
