I had a terrible experience. I just wanted my acrylic nails removed and the process was incredibly painful. Instead of soaking them, she started hacking at them. Additionally, I had to pay an extra $26 for a manicure I did not ask for. I left with my nails chipped and looking worse than when I walked in. Do not recommend.
Gorgeous renovation done! I selfishly don’t want them to be busy but if you are needing a new nail spa—this is it!!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...I would give zero stars if I could. The gentlemen doing my nails could not understand what I was asking because of a significant language barrier, and after trying to explain what I wanted (a simple fill and change of color) and him showing me a color that wasn't even close to the one I chose on the sample board, he got frustrated and he got up and said someone else would help me and went to work on another customer.
