Not a great experience overall. I scheduled an appointment for a basic manicure, yet still waited 15 minutes despite the salon not being busy. No sense even making an appt, I was treated as A walk-in, Front desk saying oh OK let me see oh who’s gonna do it, etc. I could tell they weren’t prepared for me coming in at all that’s why I had to wait. Anna is amazing! She listened to all my requests and gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone in there is very helpful! The place is well kept and clean. Great music, too!
