Set up an appointment for 1pm because I'd heard there was a long wait to get in. By 1:30pm there still wasn't a stylist available, so I left. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't make an appointment to sit there and wait for service - that's the point of MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. Customer service over the phone was seriously lacking. Spoke good English (not always a given with this particular service industry) but clearly couldn't care less if I was happy with what they offered. Na and An do a great job. Won't go anywhere else. Best place in town for a pedicure, and it's easy to get an appointment.
The best nail salon in Stillwater. Been to a few others and no one else compares on quality. I get shellac and it last for a minimum of 2 and a half weeks which I love. Best people working also. Always friendly. Love love love this place!!
Got a shellac manicure and they cut my cuticles way too short. The skin is now peeling at my fingers and hurts extremely bad. The only thing the did different than a polish change was cut my cuticles, no hot wax nothing. Do not go here
Been going there over a year. Every mani and pedi I have gotten has been great.
I have gone to Peter an Hahn since before they opened their own shop. They have made this an elegant location. Love the atmoshere, calm and quiet. Peter has done my nails (solar) and pedicures for years. My daughter is now addicted. They do an awesome job. Don't burn your fingers, don't cut me, do make my nails even and if there is EVER a problem they fix it immediately and never charge.
