so terrible. I keep trying to give this place a chance but every single time it’s a failure. Spent $100 getting a dip and pedicure. Not even a week later the dip’s already chipping off my nails. And they’re my natural nails so that bothers me very much. And two of the flakes of gel polish have already flaked off my pedicure. I do like the nail techs there. Dirty and cluttered environment. They double dip their waxing sticks. So gross. I walked out. No wonder it was so empty in there! She also was upset I didn’t want to continue with the leg wax so she rudely tried pulling the towel out from underneath me while I was still trying to put my shoes on. I’m so glad I was sitting up and watching. Double dipping is a major health code violation. Wonder what else they don’t clean 🤢
Often busy and have to wait 5-10 minutes. 1st time I got a manicure 2nd time a pedicure. Satisfied both times...different clerks!
