I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. My manicure was applied unevenly and developed visible indents shortly afterward, despite allowing adequate drying time. When I raised my concerns, the response was dismissive, and I was told the outcome would have been the same regardless of the drying method used ( a little table fan or the UV light) I was also encouraged to switch to gel, which I declined.
