This place is terrible, cut me 3 times, nails were crooked, put such a thin amount of nail polish on my nails that I could see the acrylic threw it, only put clear coat on one hand, got nail polish everywhere! And took more than 2 hours to do 2 sets of nails while we got them done at the same time. Also VERY bad customer service. This place is terrible and I will never be back.
I only had a short amount of time (45 mins) and Gwen was awesome she did a great job! I’ll definitely be asking for her again.

I have been going here for years and have always loved the ladies but I went in for a pedicure yesterday for my birthday and I seriously can’t walk today, my toe nails were cut so short that it hurts and I had to call my dr today because my big toe is swollen red and painful, dr says it’s likely a bacterial infection setting in from my nails being cut to short toe is bright red and hot to touch as well as very painful. Sad to say I will not be back and I won’t be recommending this place to people anymore.
My daughter & I go every other week..We go durning a time that isint so busy! Always so nice an great service.. An the massages for the pedi awesome!
Nail r us is the only place in Shelton I will go for a pedicure. The massages they give during are amazing. I did 4 stars instead of 5 because we had an appointment for 10 am and they didn't get there until about 10:10 and the water wasn't that warm during the pedicure. The job they did was great, they were friendly, and again, that massage is lovely!
