I am with STAY AWAY and SHOCKING EXPERIENCE on this PLACE – I must say that I am in complete agreement with STAY AWAY and SHOCKING EXPERIENCE about (this) Nails R Us. I found them to be rude and inconsiderate. I went there once and will never return. It seems that they brag and say they are the best, everyone that works there is great over the phone. Great service and great people :) – Everyones here are great and that's why I'm back almost every three weeks to get my fill and pedicure done eventhough I live near RedRock Casino where there are quite a few of nail salons. I don't mind the driving and I love everyone here since Hugh took over this place. Great Job!!!
What's a cool Nail Salon!!! – I was happened to be in the area today where I decided to stop by this Nail salon to get my nails done. They were so polite and sweet to me although I was just a walk-in customer. They offered me water and asked me to come back in an hour because they were all busy with all the customers. Best Nail shop in town – I have been told by family members to give this nail salon a try and so I did. The service here is great and the technicians are personable. They have a great line of Opi colors and cool magazines for the customers. The shop is so.... clean and cute. I definitely will come back to this salon whenever I'm in town. TY!
Outstanding service! – My friend and I were there this afternoon when we witnessed this one customer whom was very rude and disrespectful to one of the staff's' member. We believe the owner has tried to resolve the situation very professional. SHOCKING EXPERIENCE is that what she calls! She was 20 minutes late and please get your story straight because we and among four other customers had seen how poorly you have mistreated them in there.
SHOCKING EXPERIENCE – I tried to find some nail shop where the personnel value client's time. My appointment was set on 1 PM and I has arrive exactly at that time. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked the manager (owner?) about expected waiting time and he said that it'll take another 20 minutes. When I reminded that my time was at 1 PM, I've been told that I came late, then that he 'will be happy if I leave the shop because I raised my voice". It was my first and last visit here. WHAT'S AN AWESOME PLACE – The is the best and one of the cleanest nail shop in Henderson. We love to get our nails done here everytime we are in town. They won't upcharge you and their prices are reasonable.
TinselTown 2004 – Having nails- ingrown problems all my life. I was jumped from shop to shop to find a person who can helps me with my nails-ingrown situation. Unless you have them,this is one of the most uncomfortable feelings. Fortunately, I have found my Hugh here at this nail salon. Not only he is well spoken young man.He is honest, funny and very good at what he does and my family and I have been his clients for the last three years. I would definitely recommend anyone outhere who has nails problem come to him.
Home.. – i've been getting my nails done for the last twenty years and i bumped into this place when i was in desperate need of a fix. After that, i've been going ever since, and that has been for the last three years. All of the tech's know what they're doing and can fix any problem you have, just ask. (and they won't upcharge for it either.) They do things willingly,not because they have to, are efficient, and will tell you an honest approximate wait time, if there is one.
