Worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. The lady that works there is extremely rude!
Kevin's always done a professional job. But Kanika did them today & was rude & nasty. Worse, my nails are crooked, polish sloppy. Jerked on my hands while ordering me to "relax" them. Went on a rant about my chair. Just ask me to pull it up & I would've! Whats she want from me!? Has contempt for her customers. No competition in Lex. & they know it. I'm nice, polite & tip. I'll find a salon that appreciates my business.
They both did an amazing job on my much needed Pedicure!! It looks beautiful!!
I love getting my nails and toes done here. Nika always does a great job! She's always very sweet and fun to talk to. I highly recommend!
Nika and Kevin are both great people and are always very talkative and friendly. Do a great job at what they do and are always good at getting me in. Thanks guys I appreciate it. Don't fret over people who want to complain. Some people you can never make happy no matter how hard you try. Every time I'm there you guys are very busy speaks volumes.

They are always nice and do a great job!!!! My nails look wonderful.
Did not like the customer service tried numerous times to speak to them an they did not want to talk to you. Our appointments were 530 and 600 didn't get started til after 6. Spent 35 on pedi and I only spent literally 10 minutes in the chair no soaking or anything. My set was 28 an my nails are not straight an not smooth. Prices vary due to nail length overall spent almost 70 dollars I should have just got them in murfreesboro before I came down 25 for gel an 30 for a spa pedi. I do not recommend this place.
