I used to go to one of the women there religiously. Was 5 minutes late for an appt once and she took someone else and told me that she couldn’t take me the rest of the day. Mind you she had my phone number and could have texted or called me to make sure i was still coming. Super unprofessional and rude. Lost a long time customer.

I had a regular polish manicure and 7 out of 10 nails were all chipped the very next day. Went back to the salon and they offered nothing. No refund , gift card or an apology. Terrible customer service. I will never go back. I would not recommend going there.
staff are very friendly and kind but the work they do is not the greatest. i got a gel manicure on my natural nails now three days later they are already peeling. it is extremely disappointing and frustrating when you know your money just went down the drain.
