staff are very friendly and kind but the work they do is not the greatest. i got a gel manicure on my natural nails now three days later they are already peeling. it is extremely disappointing and frustrating when you know your money just went down the drain.

I will never go back back. They over charged my pedicure, giving themself a 33% tip. Watch carefully when they cash you out.

The first time I went here I asked for a dip manicure because I’m allergic to gel. They started with a clear dip base, but then started to use gel on top of it. When I told them I needed dip because of an allergy, they basically said this was better for the nail, but if it didn’t work they’d redo it. I just let them do it, and it actually turned out to be ok. I was pretty happy with it. Got my nails done and paid $100 for them to just start breaking/falling apart not even a week later. My friends did the same and she called today(almost two weeks later bc we had no time to go get them fixed) Sam said come up no problem he would fix them. We get there and he gives us the run around like it was our fault they did a crappie job. We even had pictures time stamped of when it happened.
