I came and got my toes done last week. It took her almost 3 hours to finish my service and she cut me multiple times. I normally love this place but I guess something was off that day.
Everytime we come in they are always exceptional and give us the best service! We always come back!
I had such a wonderful experience at Nails Organic Spa! Linda, the owner, is incredibly welcoming, professional, and truly cares about her customers. The salon is clean, relaxing, and everyone is so friendly. Julie did my pedicure and she was amazing, very gentle, detailed, and made sure everything was perfect. Worst pedicure of my life. Had me sit in cold water for 20 minutes before anyone came to do my service. Shortened me on my massage by getting up 3 times. Ripped my nail with the file. Brought out the cheese grater. And painted my cuticles. Don’t come here.
By far the best pedicure I’ve had. I did upgrade but I bet the spa pedi is great too. I got a basic manicure and they did wonderful on that too - I loved the shoulder/neck massage that was part of it. I can’t wait to come back!
