Way overpriced for basic nails you can get anywhere else. If the quality, hospitality and service was better I understand but the nails are flat with no apex, and took 2 1/2 hours. Cost $90 just for almond French tips.

Today I went to a mani and pedi I inform the nail tech that my polish was turning black and it wasn't 2week since I been here. The tech said because I wear close toe shoes. I ask her when it turns cold am I supposed to wear open toe shoes. My last pedi didnt turn black your polish is old. Can I get a discount she said no so I guess I will try Bellagio Nails and spa. Thumbs down.

I have been going here since I moved to the Houston area. But; today was the worse service I ever received. My pedicure was lovely but my manicure was HORRIBLE. I asked for white tips and make them look natural like always and they are very ugly paying someone else tomorrow to do my nails over. Very disappointed with my nails today.

She looked at my purse and saw a louie bag and changed the price from 58 to 68 can up with a Random way to charge me 5 extra dollars and my nails have already chipped and polish came off in less than a week it’s been three days 0/10 would not recommend it your going to price gouge at least have cold wine that isn’t out of a box 😂😂 mind you I have no problem paying I spend more than at my usual place but this is crazy especially when the set was less than 1/2 an inch long and it’s French 😂 oh and if they trim your cuticles... read more

New review. Terrible customer service! Nails are hit and miss. Had the worst massage ever. The girl got on the table and straddled my backside to massage my back. She also didn’t keep me covered with the joke of a towel they use. Most uncomfortable experience. Never again.
