Great experience
“T” did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve had. He was very detail oriented without being aggressive. The greatest thing was that he listened, and executed well.
They only have a hand full of good technicians for starters. Today i’m just getting a refill and I clearly told the nail tech that I wanted very smiliar to what I previously had. she did my nails the opposite of what I wanted. It’s like a hit or miss, sometimes good and most are not. After my nails just wasn’t what I expected I express that to the tech and she go to report my concerns to Kayla the manager. She tells me BS about her ppl are scared of me 145lb black girl that never raised her voice and always paid for services... read more
I went yesterday and paid over $100 to do my nails and my toes and my nail polish already came off of my toes. I will never go back. I give it a 2 star because my nails came out nice. My pedi was horrible.
