I would not recommend this establishment based on my experience. The atmosphere lacked the level of professionalism and tranquility one would reasonably expect from a customer-focused salon. Throughout my visit, the staff engaged extensively in conversations in their own language, which created an environment that felt less welcoming and inclusive. I come here all the time to catch up with my friends. Great atmosphere and very luxurious. Unfortunately, Teezy cut me with the file. I pulled my hand back as a reflex, but he never apologized. When I asked for someone else, he threw the file down and walked away. Very unprofessional.

Completely lost a customer today. I went the night before to get a pedicure, showed what I wanted got nothing what I asked for, paid extra for the design. Went back the next day to get the color change out was told I was going to pay $15 for that, which was not a problem. Now that I got no design after the color change polish looks caked on. Leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Will not be coming back.
