I’ve been coming to this salon for quite some time but recently the service has noticeably declined. I got my nails done less than two weeks ago and have already gone in to get one redone because it almost came off. Another also almost came off but I reglued it with nail glue since I had to travel and didn’t have time to go to the salon. This nail just snapped in half. This is completely unacceptable. Greeted pleasantly by receptionist and said I wanted a regular pedi and then once I sat down in my chair Helen tried pressuring me Into the 2 most expensive pedi options and when I declined she pretty much scoffed at me and was very rude the remainder of the pedicure. I didn't say anything but my friend a tually suggested that I leave a review because treated me so rudely so I know it was not in my head. However, this is nit a reflection of all the staff. My friends man was so sweet and wrnt above and beyond.

I’m going to start of with my lady that did my nails she was very sweet,but the nails are horrible….the first picture is what I asked for and the second picture is me and my what I got.i wanted square and it was square and curved the French isn’t what I asked for. I went back in and customer service was absolutely phenomenal. They sent me to a lady named Van and she was the sweetest lady ever fixed my nails no charge no questions asked and I didn’t feel as if they were talking about me.
