The Hispanic girl with curly hair who is the receptionist at the front is HIGHLY rude and has a sense of entitlement and rudeness in a setting where people are coming to relax, and spending our hard earned money to do so. I showed her a simple french tip I wanted on my toes and she told me the only way I can get the french tip is if I got powder on my toes.
