Walked in at 1pm to get my acrylics removed and for my mom to get a mani/pedi. When you walk in they have you use a sign in sheet. It was Saturday so I expected a wait but I didnt expect to wait over an hour and a half. 3 women who arrived after me were seen first and it wasn't until they called my mom back and I told her that I was going to leave that they squeezed me in (we drove separately). Always a good experience.
Brian, the man who did my nails was terrible. Nails were not properly dried because he tried to speed me out of there and they dried bumpy and see through. He is terrible, but the lady who did my feet was great. 1 star because he was so bad and one band, one sound. Take him off the floor immediately.
My sister and I went to go get just a regular Acrylic full set. I will say that I had an awful experience. I kindly asked my nail tech for shorter nails because I play volleyball and he said no. I also asked for my nail to be reshaped to make it straight and he never did it. I also asked if he could make one of my nails less pointy and he laughed in my face while doing it.
