Holy moly, the responses from this company are [hilarious, but] unhinged. If they are willing to treat humans verbally this way, I cannot imagine how they would treat someone physically; I would NOT trust any body part to be touched by them when they are this crass, careless, rude, uncaring. To begin, I acknowledge that I was late for my appointment. That is on me and I take full responsibility for my tardiness. I did not appreciate a phone call where Ann yelled at me, told me the appointment was cancelled, and hung up. I did not appreciate her continuing to yell at me when I walked in to apologize. I have been coming to this nail salon for about 6 months and will never go anywhere else! My nails have always turned out beautifully and extremely consistent and the customer service is second-to-none. The owner / operator couple really take the time to understand and execute what I’m looking for, as well as taking the time to know their clients well. I would give them 10 stars if I could - highly, highly recommend!!
