Unfortunately, the quality has been inconsistent. During my last visit, my nails were finished unevenly, wavy near the tips, and with visible texture. I had to ask several times for basic buffing and smoothing to correct things that should have been addressed proactively. It felt rushed, and the attention to detail just wasn’t there. I don’t mind paying for quality, but consistency matters. I hope the salon can work on maintaining the same level of care from appointment to appointment.

Staff is rude. Owner is rude, and basically makes you feel as they are doing you a favor. sat down for a polish change and she was aggressively trying to upsell me, then another woman was having an issue, and she was focused on that, that she got up and walked away and started to do her manicure. After 10 minutes I got up and walked out, and all owner said was ooohhh,,, sorrreeeyyy... They are so incredibly disrespectful it's sad. Since they are one of the only gigs in town, I guess they feel they can be.

Everyone has been sweet every time I have gone there. These particular dip nails were done by Nathan. I recommend getting The neck massages, they are very relaxing.

This is an upscale New Canaan nail salon that sells wonderful types of pedicures and manicures. Olivia did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and her massage was amazing. The man at the front desk is sweet and charming. The music they played was very soothing. Don’t know what all the fussy reviews are about. It’s New Canaan—it’s upscale.
