Very disappointed. I showed the nail tech a design and she said she couldn’t do it, so I picked another one. She agreed but did something completely different. I asked if she could fix it and she ignored me, speaking to another tech in a different language. I tried to like the nails but I just don’t and when I called to speak with a manager, no real help. I just want a refund. Terrible service. *first pic is what I showed and second one is what I got
Definitely ask for Lisa #8 Dulce #4 moon #3 , their work is simply perfect , have so many years of experience. My nails are always beautiful looking when Lisa is done , highly recommend them.
I love going here . Everyone is very nice and they give great service . I started with getting my lashes and eyebrows now I get my nails done to .
Honestly… I am very disappointed. I’ve gone here so many many many times and I’ve never had an issue but this time my experience was definitely different. I went to get a pedicure Friday the 7th in March and keep in mind I haven’t gotten a pedicure in about a year and a half because this one specific thing was my fear… anyways after getting my pedicure done the lady (Annie) which always does a great job…but always seems to hurt when she takes my in grown toe nails and when she took my in grown nail I started bleeding from my... read more
