Went in for manicure and this one cost $55 before tip. Lisa fixed two of my nails and put acrylic on before gel. Whole thing took less than 30 minutes and my nails don’t feel bulky

Very disappointed. I showed the nail tech a design and she said she couldn’t do it, so I picked another one. She agreed but did something completely different. I asked if she could fix it and she ignored me, speaking to another tech in a different language. I tried to like the nails but I just don’t and when I called to speak with a manager, no real help. I just want a refund. Terrible service. *first pic is what I showed and second one is what I got
