Tina did a great job… she provided good customer service and did my nails same i told her to do
Happen to go hear on long weekend(labour day) for pedicure as other places were close. Its not even a week and my polish is already chipping , no clean finishes and definitely dint a good job . They dint have anyone waiting,yet in a hurry to complete . Drilled the previous gel polish and dont even dust away the powder and started doing the next step . Never going back here
worst experience of my life, literally ripped my nails off and made me bleed then proceeded to almost stab me with the alcohol bottle and burn me WHILE ignoring my agony - do not get nails removed here
I wish i could give 0 stars. I called to ask about a price, but the customer service was extremely poor. The lady on the phone was very rude. I had trouble understanding her accent, so I called again for clarification. Instead of helping, she responded angrily and ended the call abruptly both times without providing a proper response. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disappointing.
