I wish i could give 0 stars. I called to ask about a price, but the customer service was extremely poor. The lady on the phone was very rude. I had trouble understanding her accent, so I called again for clarification. Instead of helping, she responded angrily and ended the call abruptly both times without providing a proper response. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disappointing.

Worst customer service experience at this place. Very rude lady. We always offer the employees working 10% off well I work in the same plaza they should treat the way they are treated by us at our store, the worst experience ever very disappointing and disrespectful, being honest girls don’t waste your money at this store for getting the ugliest nails go somewhere at where you are heard properly and respected they swear on us in their language lol that’s funny.
