I actually had given a 5 star review a couple of months ago that was just deleted by myself. Unfortunately; if you return with an issue about your service there is a lack of customer service and accountability. I always use nail polish on my toes and was baffled by the response by a nail tech who was asked by the person who did my nails to check if my toes were dry. First she touched and smudged my toe to trying pass it off by not fixing it. I left with salon shitty slippers walking around the mall trying to dry my toes. I r... read more
