MINUS Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude and the customer service was terrible. I especially do not recommend Kim—she completely ruined my nails and what was supposed to be an important event for me. The staff also kept speaking to each other in their own language while I was there, which made me feel very uncomfortable and excluded as a customer. Honestly, the whole experience was ridiculous. I would not recommend this salon, especially Kim.
Dissatisfied with the quality and longevity of my service. Within seven days, the polish started peeling off in sheets and they are breaking in little pieces
