I don't like the nails and color. I told her she said I know my job. I told her listen to the customer. Very bad experience I can't recmend.
Went today for eyebrow waxing. Just terrible . I had to ask them to redo it because it look worst than when I went there. I was quoted $8; Then she tinted my brows which she said would be $15. No math skills..she charged me $25 .I came out with a red mark above my brow which she tried to make me believe it was my sensitive skin but I wiped blood off .Actually there should be an option for 0 as a review or maybe a -5
Very poor service.. rude behaviour.. nail colour not matching.. not recommended.. waste of money..
They are not up front with you. I had my nails done acrylic and was supposed to be $40 When it’s time to pay she charged me 65 All because I choose a pearl colour They should have informed me first. They are not honest. Will not go back.
I went there for waxing and they burnt my face. Kim did the service. Really bad service.
