Almost a week ago I went in to get a pedicure and came out bleeding. The person who did my pedicure didn’t even apologize for cutting the bottom of my foot. I have been in pain since and I am grateful that it is not infected because I took care of it as soon as I got home. I had not gone to this location in years because of the service and because of this I will never go back again.
Way too expensive for something that comes out looking like press on nails. On top of that, they weren’t even properly painted over, my fake nail is clearly visible on the sides. Within about 5 days, my nails SNAPPED OFF. Would not recommend especially if you have vacation plans.
Horrible experience! Today was the first day I didn’t book an appointment with anyone in particular as I walked in for an SIMPLE acrylic refill (girl in chair number 4 assisted me). I showed a photo of how short and clean I wanted the nails to be, specified that I wanted the nail bed to be as flat as possible. I would not recommend coming to this nail salon! I went in for a shellac pedicure and the pedicure felt rushed! Also a day later, my shellac came completely off my nail and I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. They said that shellac comes off like that when it’s not dried properly. It’s unfortunate because today, a week later, another toe had the shellac come off. I’ve never had this happen before! $40 not spent well! I wish I had gone some place else to begin with.
Love me some Tracey. I used to come to this nail salon back in 2017. I’ve now moved back to Ontario, it’s like I’ve never left. The team and Nina are great. Soon ya soon guys ☺️
