Very disappointing nail experience. The service was rushed, and I was unhappy with the overall quality of the nails. The finish was uneven and did not look like what I had asked for. I expected better attention to detail and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
My daughter and I went to this nail salon and got a pedicure with cold water, no care on how the nail polish was applied and, charged us separately for pedicure and nails, which is more than other nail spots. They were not friendly and my daughter’s acrylics on her nails were poorly shaped. Very disappointing.
Really bad service and they ruin your nails. None of the nail techs are truly trained. If you provide concerns they don’t care.
I’ve been coming here for the last two years and my favourite nail artist Thea always gets me right!! She manages to match my inspo pics perfectly EVERY TIME. I love her work and she’s always so sweet. And she’s very quick. She never takes longer than 45 minutes no matter how complicated the design. Her shaping technique is immaculate. She never lets me down. Can’t wait to go back to do my birthday set!! See you soon!!
I would give 0 star to their service. Veey bad customer service. I got my nails done from them and after 2 days the design came out of the nails. I paid 20$ extra for design only. After this much price the result came was very dissappointing
