Over the last 5 years, Tracy has never failed to provide the best customer experience and always ensures my nails are exactly the way I want them. She is always friendly, attentive to detail, and makes my visit very enjoyable. The quality of the work was excellent, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting nails. Thank you Tracy for being the best!
very much disappointed I went there for shellac first the staff was so rude they were laughing at eveyone and i got my shellac done which came of after 3 days i spent $50 for feet and hand but totaly money waste 😡😡
Worst service ever … they don’t even deserve one star.. they do what they like and ignores customer choices. They show a lot of attitude and have no respect towards customer. Do not go their on your special day they will make sure to ruin it.
I usually just come here for very simple manicures with shellac, normal polish or removals as they are well priced and speedy. I paid $30 for them to remove my full acrylic set, give me a manicure and then shape my natural nails and paint with normal polish. I havent seen the best reviews for acrylics or biogel sets here so I would go to my local nail tech for that, but they do well with simple services at good prices.
Very disappointed with my experience. The customer service was poor, and instead of fixing their mistakes, they blamed me and expected me to be okay with it. The nails looked nothing like the reference picture, even though the design was very simple. They were all different sizes, chunky on the sides, and even had dirty particles trapped in them. Overall, the quality was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this salon
