Back in May 2025, my nails were literally destroyed thin, weak, and breaking constantly. Fast forward to now, and they’re absolutely thriving! I’m so grateful for the care, patience, and dedication I’ve received here. You can truly tell they care about nail health, not just looks. Highly, highly recommend!
Weirdest interaction I’ve ever had at a nail salon.. I asked to get my nail fixed that broke (natural with shellac). The lady refused. When asked why not she said her boss wouldn’t let her because too many people complain. When I asked her again that I don’t understand why, because every nail salon does it she doubled down and said people will come back after their nail is fixed and say they don’t like the colour. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! I have personally been coming here for over 5 years. They have always been very respectful and I enjoy the atmosphere. I’ve honestly never been disappointed in their work and they will always work with you for any reasonable requests. Every nail artist here has usually been gentle and have taken care of my nails really well so far
Worst service ever and they did not know how to be a professional and don’t understand anything …
I started coming here, bc my usual nail tech is currently on vacation (at another location), and it's closer to my home. I will say that the staff is very nice. However. The last time I went, I sat there for 20 mins (even though I called and they said there is no wait). There was 2 people getting a mani / pedi, and 4 employees assisting. Personally.. I dont see why you need to do someone's hands while doing their feet. I know its probably time efficient, but its not relaxing. The 4 times that ive come here, my nails crack or... read more
