Read all. Got white toes done they did exactly that nothing crazy ( js saying there not gonna go above an beyond to really satisfy you. I assumed they would be squared but she cut my nail all the way down looking round an circle but thats on me expecting that. Honestly I done my toes better myself with normal polish. Got shellac on my nails and they started coming off the next day :(
Had to go back three times to fix my nails and she was not understanding what I was trying to tell her but instead raised her voice and said she knew more. Charged me twice for something I had told her would break from before, but she blamed it on me loudly in-front of her customers. Not sure why she felt the need to raise her voice to belittle a customer to show power but will not be going back as she has no form of respect.
Very disappointing service. They didn’t provide any color options and the staff was extremely irritated and impatient throughout the experience. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
