Not satisfied with the service. Terrible customer service and they don’t even speak English clearly. Wasted my time and was unhappy. Not recommended at all
Very bad service, bad communication. Unclean, very dirty, they don't answer the phone and don't know how to talk to customers, I think the government should send them an inspection, it's very dangerous for people, what they do there is unclean. I advise everyone not to go there, they have another Location, everyone is rude there, this is in Richmond Hill.
I had a great experience at Nails For You! They were incredibly accommodating even though there were no nail techs available when I walked in without an appointment, they still took me in. I usually go to their other branch, but I definitely prefer this location. The service here is top-notch they really listen to what you want and make sure you’re getting the best quality. Ha is my go-to! She always nails the shape perfectly, gives the best suggestions, and makes sure I’m comfortable the entire time.
these guys are always available. you come in and they serve you and they do it perfectly. I am an athlete that plays basketball and always has ingrown nails. they get it done within a minute or so without any pain, just amazing.
I had a pedicure done 3 weeks ago and I knew right away the person who did it had cut my big toe nail too much on the sides, I left with pain while walking. The pain stayed and now I have a full blown toe infection and need antibiotics. I did mentioned to the lady that she had cut too much and too deep and she said “ it’s okay, there is no bleeding” . I am an RN and I knew right away I was in trouble. Very low professional level and lack of care. I am not going back
