Pathetic service . The lady did not shape the nails properly and kept on insisting to put Shellac nail paint so she can bill me more. They have agents who don’t understand English. Just waste of money . She charged $50 saying she will scrub and massage me legs but it was just like applying the scrub and washing it off. And she even rubbed hard brush on my legs instead of toes . She should be kicked out of the store.

I inquired about acrylic nails and asked if the result would be the same as the display. I requested pearl white and asked for my nails to be a little bit longer than my natural nails. I clearly explained what I wanted several times. The service felt very rushed, and when the lady finished doing my nails, I was not satisfied at all with the result.
