Asked for milky white gel nails with a French tip. Ended up with a silver cat eye polish with tips. My sister asked for just shellac and was given gel that bubbled and split within one day. Both sets of nails were not what we asked for, rushed and not executed well at all. The French tips painted on my nails were all uneven. Way over-priced- demanded i pay cash, and a really poor job done for both sets. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed with this place. The nail job was done in a huge rush and the quality was extremely poor. What I asked for and what I got are completely different — anyone can see that by comparing the pictures. When I pointed this out, the lady at the counter insisted they “look similar,” which is absolutely not true. I was clearly told the price for shellac manicure was $30, but after the service I was charged $60 plus tax with no prior explanation. This is misleading and unacceptable. The service quality was also poor. Honest pricing and better professionalism are seriously needed.

Pathetic service . The lady did not shape the nails properly and kept on insisting to put Shellac nail paint so she can bill me more. They have agents who don’t understand English. Just waste of money . She charged $50 saying she will scrub and massage me legs but it was just like applying the scrub and washing it off. And she even rubbed hard brush on my legs instead of toes . She should be kicked out of the store.
