After reading some of these reviews I regret not checking them out prior to taking my daughter here to have her nails done. Within a week, three of the nails had either broken or cracked. This was also not one, not two but five different workers there had to help figure out how to fix a problem they created while doing her nails initially. After taking her back to ask for a refund, the man behind the counter rudely told me they don’t do refunds of any kind. Not even 24 hours after getting a manicure, the shellac is lifting in multiple places. Would highly recommend finding another salon in Cambridge to go to! Don’t waste your time here.

Unreal how the owner involved other clients when trying to get my daughters nail fixed that they did. So unprofessional and rude really.

If I could give this place zero stars I would over charge 5.00 nails are not even all the same some are oval some are ovalsquare not happy and will not be coming back and even if u phone the girl couldn't do much the person that did my nails was more interest in talk to a young guy that was beside her
