The old man and old woman at the reception desk have awful customer service skills
The discrimination towards your Black customers is revolting.
Thought we would try this place out and man wish we didn’t . Felt like the girl I had and my friend as well rushed to try and get the next person in. Ended up being a very poor job because of it. Will stick to my regular place but understand different places have different ways of doing things. But have never had rough feet and chipped nails when I left. The top coat wasn’t even shiny usually amazing and shiny. So many bubbles
