Bad customer service
SUPPORT LOCAL NAIL ARTIST - STOP WITH THIS FRANCHISE LOCATION. They continue to show their true colours. I have not a clue why I keep giving them my business. They only treat regular matured clientele decently, and even then I don't even know what their experience is like. Just received the most ridiculous pedicure, that did not INCLUDE ANY of the typical pedicure treatments like a basic foot scrub? I left with my feet looking and feeling the same - only difference is that I got my nails painted - no trim, just a file. I had... read more
