Waited half an hour with my wife outside the spa and the lady kept on saying that she will open the spa in 10 minutes… finally we left the place without getting any service done… worst experience ever. Wrong timing mentioned on google and misrepresentation to clients…
Worst experience ever !! I went there ( bonnie bras location) for shellac They did not have the colors i wanted. Then i randomly chose one color.. & that color was old and sticky and it did not work out. I chose another color randomnly that color also was not sticking to my nails. I was so disappointed. Then I said i am leaving, the owner said no you pay us 10$ because we prepared your nails for shellac. I was so disappointed i paid 5$ & left. They did not even say sorry or come back later. Its a waste of money and time.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Avoid at all cost. I came across this shop on Google and gave them a call as I was unsure of their hours. I wanted to make sure the closing hour of 10pm on Google was correct before driving there. I told the lady on the phone that I had a bit of an emergency, as I had broken a nail that was causing me a lot of pain (I also wanted to have the others filled while I was there).
