Excellent service. I've had manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxes done and all have been wonderful. I love that there's complimentary tea and water and the shop is clean, quiet, and peaceful.

Paid full price for an unpainted manicure, technicians would not stop hassling me to get a gel manicure after I repeatedly said no. I wanted the same color that was painted on my toes yet she thought the color wouldn't work on my nails and that gel would be better. Which is funny because it was perfectly painted on my toenails by another technician. After haphazardly painting my nails to "prove" to me that gel nails were better I had enough of her bullshit and stopped her there. Don't hassle your customers, I don't mind frie... read more
Poor customer service. If you have children do NOT bring them. They have an unposted quiet policy. Baby cries, in two minutes the baby is quieted down with a bottle, they kick you out anyways. They will kick you out part way through getting your nails done. I'm sure they have zero issue taking money from children getting their nails done or loud bachelorette parties. They could have handled it a lot differently and with a little grace.
Lavish Spa has excellent technicians, a beautiful atmosphere, decorated tastefully, and very clean!!! The manager, Jason is top notch, personable and professional!! I live in Hampton; this is the best salon I have found over a period of a dozen years!!!
They do excellent work! My gel polish looks so good and lasts for a long time when I get them done there! Also, the atmosphere is wonderful! Not just the decor, they also offer you a beverage while visiting...just an amazing experience!

Ever since I came to lavish nails I haven't went to another nail spa. I also haven't went to another nail technician. Brandon has been doing my nails for around 4 months and I am always satisfied when I leave! If there's ever a detail I want changed he will gladly help me. The salon is one of the most updated and cleanest I've been to in the Hampton area as well. Thank you lavish nails.
