They do a good job, especially the men. There are a few women in there that have snotty attitudes though. Star is fantastic, she is the only one that really seems like she’s not miserable being there. This has been my “go to” place but unfortunately I won’t be returning. My biggest complaint is that they will nickel and dime you for everything. I got a fill in with regular polish and they charged me $40. Owner is exceptionally rude and they do not back their own gift certificates.

Anytime you lose your gift card, we cannot reimburse you a new gift card or refund your money back because someone can find it and use it, just like if you go to the Apple store and purchase an apple gift card or any gift card anywhere, the company will not give you a new gift card. When you go buy a money order at a grocery store or anywhere and you step outside and you lose it, they will not reissue you another one. Please keep that in consideration.
