I was a loyal customer until most recently. The manager is unprofessional and the work is very inconsistent. I was going to NeNe but her work is inconsistent the last 2 times I went to her to get my nails done my gel polish was not completely cured and she filed my nails too much to the point I had to go somewhere else to get them all repaired. NeNe asked me to come back and said she would fix them however she was argumentative and did not fix her mistake, I will not return to this nail salon again!

I went to Lavish Nail Salon off of a friends recommendation and I will NEVER be back. I left out of there over 2 hours ago and and my nails are a clumpy, old nail polished mess. They literally looked better BEFORE I came in and spent my money... I sent them a message on facebook letting them know that I must have gotten some old polish and they told me to come in anytime and they would fix it for me.... I went in to get a pedicure. Usually they do a great job. I got a young girl not Asian(excuse me as I'm not trying to be Racist), who did a poor job. She never made eye contact, always kept looking off in space and never tried to conversate with me. She never asked or handed me the paper that gave me pedicure options like I saw other people doing. She asked if I wanted my nails cut or filed, I told her cut, she never did. She had only gave me one color pallet option, so I had to ask someone else for the others. She barely us... read more
