I absolutely LOVE Starr! She does an amazing job! She is an artist, professional and sweet. I never have to tell her what to do. She knows me and is able to create unique, beautiful designs. However, the owner is incredibly rude and disrespectful to her. He says mean things to her in front of her clients, which no boss should do to an employee. My family and I spend a lot of money in the salon and truthfully the only reason I’m still there is because of Starr. I only go once a month so I can’t imagine what she has to endure ... read more
